3 Years Old!

I can't believe my baby is 3! She's growing up so fast. My Mom and Phillip came and spent Saturday through Monday with us which Hayley loved! We rented a giant water slide on Sunday and had a Nemo themed birthday party for her. She had a blast!

The Pre-party

The water slide was dropped off at 10 a.m and the party didn't start until 1 p.m so we had a pre-party! Even D.D went down the slide! That was quite amusing!

The Party

We invited a few people over for Hayley's party and it was great. The kids loved the slide and hitting the pinata! One of the doctors that I work with made Hayley a Nemo cake and it was absolutely awesome! Hayley couldn't have been happier.

Annual Ice Cream Day

My Mom and I took Hayley to the annual ice cream day at Longue Vue House and Gardens. She had a great time eating delicious ice cream and playing on the gorgeous grounds of Longue Vue. She also got her face painted and did some arts and crafts! Noah used the opportunity to take a nap! It was a very hot but fun day.

Getting Big

Well, my babies are quickly growing up - especially Hayley, I can't believe she's going to be 3 years old this month! And Noah is going to be 3 months! It's depressing- I wish they could stay small forever. Noah's personality is really starting to develop! He's all smiles now! Hayley has been such a good big sister- knock on wood!

Trip to Nashville, TN

Once again, I apologize for the amount of time in between posts. Things have been somewhat hectic! Anyway, we had an awesome trip to Tennessee- the drive was a bit stressful, but not bad! I really enjoyed seeing my friend Meghan and her husband, Bill. We also introduced each other to our children for the first time! They have two great kids- Vivian and Will. Viv and Hayley are only 5 months apart so they played well together. Will is almost 1 1/2 and precious! We had a lot of fun and Bill was awesome with the kids. I can only imagine how tired he was after our trip to the zoo and having to chase them around all day! I cant wait to see them again and already miss them bunches!

7 Weeks Old

Noah is now 7 weeks old. We are still having a rough time getting him comfortable. I have stopped breast feeding completely now and he is on his 3rd type of formula. The first formula he vomited the entire bottle, the second constipated him, so now we are on the third which seems to be doing okay but he is still very gassy and colicky. However, he is growing and gaining weight well, so the pediatrician is not concerned. She asked Hayley what she thinks about her little brother and her response was- he cries a lot! Hopefully he will get better soon, maybe as he gets older.
