7 Weeks Old

Noah is now 7 weeks old. We are still having a rough time getting him comfortable. I have stopped breast feeding completely now and he is on his 3rd type of formula. The first formula he vomited the entire bottle, the second constipated him, so now we are on the third which seems to be doing okay but he is still very gassy and colicky. However, he is growing and gaining weight well, so the pediatrician is not concerned. She asked Hayley what she thinks about her little brother and her response was- he cries a lot! Hopefully he will get better soon, maybe as he gets older.

Mini Van

I am officially a soccer mom! We now have a new Nissan Quest mini van and I love it! I have not quite adjusted to driving something so large, so for now, I will be parking at the far end of parking lots! It's incredible how much more room we have and Hayley has a blast in it! We're taking it to Tennessee in a few weeks and the trip will be much more comfortable then it would be in our Corolla!

A day with D.D

We went to Mom's house last week on her day off. Hayley had fun cooling off in the baby pool while Noah and I relaxed in the hammock.

Memorial Day

We had a great time on Memorial Day. We went to Mama's house for a wonderful lunch. Mom made BBQ ribs and pork n' beans, Mama made a salad and lemon meringue pie, Victor made seafood stuffed mushrooms, and I drank daiquiris! After lunch, we went down to the pool where Mom took Hayley swimming. She had a great time until it started to thunder and she had to get out. Noah enjoyed being held the entire time because Mom can't stand it if he cries at all!
